The Maple Press Company has an immediate opening for a Customer Service Assistant. This is a first shift, full time position.
Hours
- Monday - Friday 8:30 a.m.- 4:30 p.m.
Responsibilities / Duties:
- Assisting Customer Service Representatives with:
- Entering orders
- Processing proofs
- Answers calls/emails.
- Will work with Multiple internal and external customer inquiries.
- All other duties as assigned.
Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and Computers
- Customer Service experience is preferred.
