The Maple Press Company frequently hires for positions such as Entry-Level Production, Helpers, Packers, Operator Assistants, and Operators. Opportunities are often available across all shifts. Starting wages depend on the position, shift, and qualifications, with many roles starting above entry-level pay.

Positions Available

Full Time – 1^st Shift, 2^nd Shift, and 3^rd Shift

Pressroom Hours:

Monday - Friday

• 1^st Shift: 7:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.
• 2^nd Shift: 3:00 p.m. – 11:00 p.m.
• 3^rd Shift: 11:00 p.m. – 7:00 a.m.

Bindery Hours:

• 1^st Shift: Monday – Thursday 7:00 a.m. – 3:30 p.m. & Friday 6:30 a.m. – 2:00 p.m.
• 2^nd Shift: Monday – Thursday 3:30 p.m. – 12:00 a.m. & Friday 2:00 p.m. – 9:30 p.m.
• 3^rd Shift: Sunday – Wednesday 10:30 p.m. – 7:00 a.m. & Thursday 10:30 p.m. – 6:00 a.m.

Requirements & Typical Duties:

Pressroom Department (Entry-Level Positions)
Entry-level team members in the Pressroom assist press crews with basic press operations. Duties include running equipment, operating bundling machines, helping with setups, monitoring inventory, and providing support for maintenance or repairs as needed. As you progress into more advanced roles, additional responsibilities and technical tasks will be required.

Bindery Department (Entry-Level Positions)
Entry-level team members in the Bindery work closely with a small team to move books from production lines, pack books into cartons, stack cartons onto skids, and inspect finished books for quality. As you grow into higher-level positions, you will take on more complex duties and oversight of additional production processes.

• Must be able to lift 20 to 50 lbs. regularly
