Billing/ Estimating Specialist

Description

Maple Press has an immediate opening for a Billing Specialist in our Estimating and Billing Department. This is a first shift, full time position.

Hours

• Monday - Friday: 8:00 a.m.- 4:00 p.m.
  (with one half hour lunch)

Responsibilities:

• Creating and sending invoices for completed work.
• Check for variations in job specifications compared to previously supplied estimate.
• Clearly communicate with outside vendors for pricing on supplied components.
• Ensure accurate and timely pricing based on customer scales.
• Invoices are generated daily for the book manufacturing plant and weekly for shipments and storage at our warehouse.
• Provide estimating costs and invoices to clients.
• All other duties as assigned.

Requirements/ Skills:

• Must be well organized.
• Exhibits a high degree of attention to detail.
• Must be independent and work well under pressure.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office is required.
