Enter your User Name and Password
You must enter your User Name and Password in the fields provided. When done, press the SUBMIT button.
Q: What is my User Name and Password?
A: Your User Name and Password are identical to codes you use to access your jobs on Maple's website.
Q: I don't believe I have an account. How do I create one?
A: It is not possible for you to create an account yourself. You must contact your Maple CSR or Sales Rep.
Q: I have an account, however, I forgot my User Name and Password. Can I use this system to retrieve it?
A: No, you must contact your Maple CSR or Sales Rep.
Enter your email address
After the system detects a valid User Name and Password for the first time, you will be asked to enter your email address.
IMPORTANT:
1) Make sure you have access to the email address you provide. You'll need retrieve the message before you can access the system.
2) Make sure spam filters allow the message to be delivered. The "sender" of this message will be: "minhas@maple-vail.com."

Wait for the email to arrive
You will receive an email from MINHAS@MAPLE-VAIL.COM with further instructions. Please check your inbox.
IMPORTANT: It may take up to 5 minutes for the email to arrive. Please be patient!
You're in!
Now that your email address is CONFIRMED, enter your User Name and Password one more time.
Enter additional user account info
You will be asked to provide one additioal piece of data: your first name. Feel free to enter additional information about yourself. When done, press SUBMIT. That's all there is to it! The system will take you to the home screen.
Confirming your email is a one time process. From this point forward, the Home screen will be the first thing to load after you enter the system.
