Offset Web Pressman

Description

Maple Press is currently hiring for an Offset Web Pressman. This position is a full-time position and is on 3rd shift, with training on 1st shift.

Pay: $22.64

(When on 3rd shift, you will receive a $1.25 shift differential making the pay $23.89)

Hours

• 3rd Shift: Sunday- Thursday, 11:00 p.m. - 7:00 a.m.
• (Training hours are Monday - Friday, 7:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m.)

Responsibilities/ Duties:

• Routine aspects of press operation by performing manual and machine operator tasks
• Manage Setup, maintenance, and operation of the offset press.
• Focusing on quality and production
• Running and staging for upcoming jobs
• Ensuring presses are supplied properly prior to print production.
• Responsible for weekly preventive maintenance
• Perform job duties in accordance with company safety policies and procedures.
• All other job duties assigned.

Skills:

• Ability to perform basic math functions.
• Ability to safety use hand trucks
• Web press experience is a must!
